These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website, and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. By using this Website and submitting your information, you consent to receive messages from CORE Fitness & Martial Arts relating to your inquiry for more information about our school and/or to book your trial class.

Users must be over the age of 18.

Other than content you own, which you may choose to include on this Website, under these Terms, CORE Fitness & Martial Arts and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained on this Website, and all such rights are reserved.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Messages sent by CORE Fitness & Martial Arts relate to the user’s inquiry for more information about our school and/or to book their trial class.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 5-50 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Your Content

In these Terms, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on this Website. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NV, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in NV for the resolution of any disputes.
